Strategy & Roadmap
As part of our Sustainability Strategy, we have developed four pillars: Planet, Product, People and Integrity. We are working with an approved long-term environmental investment plan in order to reduce our carbon footprint. We will focus on reducing Energy, Waste, and Packaging over the next two years. We are committed to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people. It is important that we engage with our colleagues in a way that supports their wellbeing and ensures they have equal access to employment, skills development, and career advancement. Moreover, we are very conscious of being good corporate citizens, and we will keep taking that into consideration in our interactions with the communities around us in the future.

We publish our Carbon Reduction Plan on our website and it's based on globally recognised reporting frameworks.
